Thanks for your insight, Marcus. An older male cousin I have not seen in many years is currently suffering from dementia. When I asked the cards how he is coping, the 5 of Wands Reversed came up. This seemed very appropriate for him. In more normal times, he was someone who expressed anger easily, often over trivial issues but now feel he is probably turning that anger inward. Am sure there is “silent suffering” going on here as he may have lost the words to articulate his emotions. Learned something new about this card through your excellent interpretation!
