We, citizens, operate under the same premise as the police do whenever there is an interaction. They make it seem as if they don't know weather the person they contact does/doesn't have it out for them. That's what they always say. "I don't know you, I don't know what you will or won't do." That's how that approach situations. Why are they the only ones that are allowed to operate under that premise. Why is it so farfetched a notion to assume that of the officer making contact?
