I’m coming to these having just watched the mini documentary on these basses. He’s doing this having just walked in the room. Never touched any of these basses before. I take time to adjust between basses I’ve own for 20 years.

Fact: The bass can never work as a solo instrument. Laboriel: Hold my holy water!

I’m not bass player but maybe someone call fill me in. By appearance the man has no flow at all and randomly slaps the shit out of random frets. He plays a simple backing track and the licks don’t match it at all. Not to mention it sounds very buzzy the entire time. If this is what master bass players sound like I guess I don’t understand
