Hi Kaz and Pete, this was a brilliant take on the title, loved the nasty nifs, ithe van is coming together, be great to see it when it is completed, take care x Julie and Tony x
The bulkhead is there to protect you in case of a collision or impact, where loose or poorly secured items are thrown at you at high speed. Selfmade campervans without bulkheads can be very dangerous in an accident..
I regularly watch one of the campers in your collaboration travelling to sites and you can hear all sorts of shakes and rattles going on in the background. This would drive me bonkers! Is this normal for a campervan/motorhome and is it to be expected because it’s all one big space?
Hello there. It’s normal-ish. Definitely didn’t happen with the caravan. There are mitigations such as using rubber matting in cutlery draw, pack t-towels between plates, pans, etc. Something to bear in mind is that things don’t sound the same in RU-vid as they do in real life, those microphones can really give the impression that those rattles are louder/ more prominent than in real life.
