Why are you surprised by Sunak's behaviour? He's rich because of his wife's inheritance - ie shares in her parents company Infosys. This firm has won many UK public sector contracts. It also has lucrative contracts with Israel. Father in law is a big pal of Narendra Modi, who has Hindu nationalist volunteers in Palestine, keen to kill Muslims. Sunak's mother in law now has a seat in the Indian version of the House of Lords. No wonder Rishi is so keen to protect the investment.

One important thing is to NOT vote Labour, as they just said they would continue these arms sales. Vote for truly progressive, third-party candidates!

Since 1948, the USA has given Israel $130bn in military aid. Israel is the fourth largest exporter, according to the SIPRI's data on arms exports to India from 2012 to 2022. Israel was the 14th largest importer of weapons, accounting for 1.9% of the global share. Ninety-two percent of Israel’s imports came from the US, mostly F-35 jets and guided bombs, followed by shipments from Germany and Italy. Germany supplies Israel’s submarines. Israel’s overall imports jumped 19% over the previous five years.
