I like to buy the broken cashews from my local Co-op's bulk food section; why buy whole just to break them up? Why doesn't this channel have more followers? I love these videos; she gets to the point and doesn't blah, blah and waste my time.
Wow, that spicy mayo looks AMAZING!! My first thought was that it would be great on tacos! ❤ I was watching one of your vids from last year, and wanted to say thanks again for providing written recipes now. It’s not that it’s hard to write them down since you don’t make it over-involved, but I realized I miss watching your cute expressions while I’m looking down at the paper! lol
You are welcome! With six kids, I needed my twins to be in preschool before I had more time to add that to my schedule. Taking pictures, writing out recipes takes time, and I still don't make those amazingly long recipe blog posts like all the other recipe influencers do. I am just a mom trying to do what I can where I can. Ironically, all these recipes this week are from other recipe bloggers so it was easy to post their links! Thanks so much for being here. I am so glad to have you.
A good blender for sure!! Here is mine: amzn.to/3YubcXL and you will also want an instant pot. I also use mine for making yogurt and rice! (make sure it has a yogurt function!)
The recipe in the link for the Caramel Sauce is not your recipe. It doesn't use sweet potato :( No matter, I'm following your recipe and I bet it will be delicious! Thanks for sharing!
Any chance the queso could be made with cashew butter instead of raw cashews? Gluten-free raw cashews are somehow much harder to come by than gluten-free cashew butter.
@@ashrillcaw Nuts are often cross-contaminated, which is an issue for people with celiac disease, as they can't have more than 20 ppm (parts per million) of gluten. If you check most bags of nuts or the bulk section, there is usually a warning about potential traces of wheat.
