Something you guys nail that many other freestyle frame makers miss is how easy it is to get replacement arms. I've seen some really nice frames over the past year that I've decided to pass on because I couldn't easily find replacement parts for them. Thanks for thinking about that, one of the fun side effects of coming from the race scene first :)
Looks great but my only concern is the custom standoffs behind the camera. But I think if you manage to bend those then you'd have other problems on your hands :D
Looking 👀 to build one ☝️ of these up for some ripping, also looking to build a small race fleet and tiny trainer of sorts. Variety is the spice of life.
Glad you finally got this up. I figured out where one of the loose press nutts went. I see your press nutt was already installed in the rear. Mine is completed AOS Super Nova motors and Walksnail on board. My buddies was just completed an hour ago. We are both just waiting for it to warm a bit to do our first flight! Looking forward to it!
We ripped 4 packs each at sunset. We are hooked on this frame. My buddy is a flat out smoking pilot. We mounted your radiance LEDs on his in chase mode. Great balance and very light. The Super Nova AOS motors and Avatar PRO VTX with Sneaky FPV Fonts complete the setup. Ordered another frame tonight with the sale. You killed it and delivered a great frame!@@headsupfpv
Hey Evan, do you use locktite on your frames? Ive recently had to toss a couple frames after attempting dissasembly and having my screws strip out. Made me regret using locktite. They werent five33 frames. Just a general question. Thanks mate!
Just built mine the other day. Nice and slammed. If you're using a 30mm stack, make sure it's an esc without a heatsink. Still need to do the maiden. I'll upload some mounts on printables when I get the time. Great job on the frame.
@headsupfpv I added one yesterday. I've been busy with my frames, but I will add more when I have the time. Thanks for adding the rear section. Once again, great job on the design 👍
@trev.productions an esc without a heatsink simply has a lower profile is all. Some flight controllers already have large plugs on the bottom. I've smashed plugs with an esc with a heatsink accidentally trying to build too close. For a tight build, I will run one without, and if I'm still worried that they could potentially touch, I will put a piece of kapton tape between the two
