@@matb748this is wrong. I have this one twice and it doesnt vibrate at all. The chuck itself is most likely to fail due to being made of cheap aluminium.
Well fuck me, either it only comes with one or there's a factory fudge up. Mine only had one bearing, Cheers bud, now my hands don't tingle after every time I have to use this tool 😂😂😂
I hope you think you are very smart now but I have the same one, took it apart and there is only one bearing in it. He just added an extra one in the other slot that is empty by factory. Making dumb comments out of ignorance is also priceless. :D
@@hunjoey Maybe. But we have so many videos on youtube with such stupid repairs. It was so strange to me that the manufacturer did not put an additional bearing when there is a prepared place for it. It looks like an attempt to make a video out of nothing.
@@vovashka2245totally agree with u) if we imagine, that he get instrument with only one bearing and add second - why he use "magic trick" with lent? It's illogical, if we assume the fair repair. But it"s easy to explain, if we assume the fake repair.
I have this exact tool here in Australia got it from Bunnings Burnie I seen this video and disassembled and sure enough the comments are real it's a view revenue scam because mine has the top and bottom bearing installed.. it's obvious that the Dremel needs it or it will chew up the bottom bearing from excess wobbling from not enough support of the shaft!!! It really does have the 2 bearings from the factory.. either you got a tool assembled by an idiot and the company has no QC inspector or your video is garbage lies!! Oh and so you know I've had cheap Dremels and expensive one's and the driver shaft on all including the cheap Chinese shit has 2 top bearings to stop wobbling and so it doesn't vibrate itself to death after 5 minutes of grinding or cutting.
Daumen runter!
@@Alex-uh1mjas of a mechanical engineering standpoint of view, you never use more than two bearings on one axle. Nothing is manufactured perfectly and two bearings have enough wiggle room to handle this. If you put a third bearing on the axel there is no wiggle room anymore. You force it in place. The weakest point will now wear out quickly. Now the weakest point is the bronze bearing of the motor... So this modification isn't really good, it will wear out the motor bearings. With a bit of luck this will not make problems, because the axle has two bearings and will "hold" the motor axle in place. But it will most likely get noisier and noisier over time. The motor axle can even break if it's wiggling too much. PTFE is also too soft, as it was used here. The bearings will lose again. Loctite bearing glue would be better. The best modification here would be glueing in one single bearing in the upper place and securing the motor if it is wiggling around. If the rotation is then eccentric/wobbly the axle is not straight. Forcing it in place with an additional bearing will cause the mentioned problems above. The goal then is to straighten it up somehow.
@@matthiash.4670 mate. What are you on about. There was only one bearing in there. I said it was strange there is space in the molding for 2 and its stange there wasnt 2. Im an engineer i design vehicles
Aaah the wonderful sound of a unbalanced tool mounted, which is primarily what wears out the bearing very quick, I’ve found that mine is very quiet and nice if you take a little care trying to reposition the tool just a little in order to balance it before using. Making sure the tool is very balanced is super important especially when using heavier or big size ones like the grinding discs etc, also pressing very hard with the tool against something while unbalanced eats up bearings even faster still. Good luck everyone, and remember to balance your spinnymathingy! 😉
@@robertpucovsky I usually balance my tools instead, it’s a process of checking for vibration before using it on stuff, and if there’s “too much” simply loosen it a little and turn the tool just a smidge, tighten and check again - then repeat until it’s decently stable. Depending on if the tool is sharp or not, if the latter I also check with my finger against the tool to feel for vibrations, once you have gotten it right you will immediately know if it’s balanced or not even if it’s a small and thin tool, but never do that with any tool that can hurt your fingers! Also remember that using a chuck makes it more likely to be unbalanced compared to using the collets that comes with. And if you use a tool that’s not balanced it will be worn unevenly, making it harder in the future to use and balance too. Good luck!
Za taką "naprawę" wywalił bym cię z roboty... Gdzie taśma do likwidacji luzu między wałem a łożyskiem? A parkside to syf. Ale to chyba wszyscy już wiedzą.
Hi I recently watched your video on tools for working with computers and other electronics, and I found it very informative. I am currently in the market for an electric screwdriver pen that meets the following criteria beter for es666 screwdriver: Has a USB-C charger Uses a Li-ion battery Is slim and long enough to reach deep screws in computers and other materials Could you please recommend a brand or model that you trust and have had a good experience with? Thank you in advance for your help!
Got this and the battery is crap. And also only works with the usb-c cable that is included, not any other cable. So when its done its thrown in the garbage. Next buy is a Dremel.
I will never buy a parkside tool even if my life depends on it😂😂😂😂 people go buy these things and later go to construction thinking they are professionals
