I feel you need to check your wiring for the fuel rail sensor for any cuts , as rodents can cause damage , also clean the connector with wd40 and after this , disconnect the battery for 10 mins this will reset your ecu .. hopefully this will fix your issue ..

I would suggest get your injector wiring checked , also get your ground wire checked , because if your ground connection is not proper , this will lead to improper voltage and your ecu will put the car in limp mode (engine will not revv past 2k rpm ) If all this checks good and problem is still there , then get your fuel rail pressure sensor checked for any faults .. if that is also fine then finally get your injectors checked for any blockage and faults.

Clean the maf sensor, and replace the air filter plus make sure you are using 5w30 grade engine oil , anything above 10w30 will hamper pickup and mileage, finally unplug the battery for 10 mins (both terminals) this will reset your ecu , and the car will relearn and readjust your afr ratio , hopefully you will get better mileage... If this does not work then ping me again here.

Sir kindly follow these steps and i m sure your black smoke issue will be resolved. 1. Always mix add 2t oil one pouch in 5 ltrs of diesel. Reason :- today's bs6 diesel has less lubricant properties , i do this personally and it makes my engine run smooth. Reduces injectors noise and increases high pressure pump life. 2. Clean Maf sensor. 3. Clean airfilter If any doubts kindly feel free to ask on this thread.

Ac on pe agar gaadi dub rhi hai aur rpm me fluctuation hai toh ap aisa karo ki pehle apke msf sensor ke wire ko unplug kar do , usske baad ek baar deekho ki rpm waala aur pickup ka problem solve hota hai ki nhi , gaadi ko 5 kms drive karna maf unplug karne ke baad .. agar situation improve lage toh samaj jaana ki sensor me problem hai. ... Aur agar isse koi fark na pade toh , egr valve clean karwa lena , aur air filter clean karwa lena .. improvement feel hoga for sure

Clean maf sensor , plus mix 50 ml 2t oil in 6 to 7 ltrs of diesel .. you will feel the difference after 2 to 3 kms of driving.

Just air filter ke aage hain maf sensor

Hi bro, Clean air filter Clean the egr valve and pipe ( this is a must step will make a huge difference ) Add 1 pouch of 2t oil in 5 liters of diesel Run your vehicle for 5 to 10kms You will notice a difference The engine will become more responsive and black smoke will be reduced If these steps dont make a significant difference , get your injectors checked and cleaned , and also get your fuel rail pressure sensor checked. Hopefully these steps will lead you to the issue .. kindly feel free to ask any queries , all the best.

Kindly get your catalytic converter for excess buildup of carbon , get it cleaned with the help of diesel and pressure wash , after that make sure to mix 1 puch of 2T oil in 5 liters diesel fuel , this will further help smooth the engine plus also reduce your excessive black smoke problem , and also make sure to get your airfilter cleaned .. ,because dirty or old airfilter will lead to improper combustion leading to excess production of (excess carbon = unburnt excess fuel )

Clean the air filter or replace it with a new one , if this does not fix your issue then , check the valve guides and valve seals for leakage .. if valve seals are worn , the engine oil will go inside the combustion chamber , and this leads to bluish smoke which can look white at times , another cause for white smoke could be blown head gasket , but in this case you will frequently need to top up you coolant , and engine wil perform poorly under load and in city stop n goo traffic. Plus the engine will shut down and will not idle if the ac is turned on.

I suspect your head valves are leaking which is causing the mixing of oil in your engine , if you had the head gasket changed there is a high chance that you engine overheated , which would have caused damage to valve seals .. hance leading to oil leakage to your combination chamber

Add 2t oil in the diesel 5 liter pe 20 ml add karna hai .. isse apki smoke waala issue solve hoo jayega .. air filter koo bhi clean kar ligiyegaa

Get your turbo checked, and egr cleaned. Also mix 50ml 2t oil in 5 liter of diesel in your tank , this will lubricate you fuel system plus, this will also improve your injector performance...hopefully if your turbo is not screwed , you will see a drastic improvement in your engine idle and pickup and power. Plus injectors aacha kaam karenge , dheere dheere clean honge , jisse apka milenge increase hoga , plus air filter saaf kariye , and agar gaadi me agar zaada black smoke hoo, toh egr aur maf sensor clean kara ligiye , mileage aacha milegaa , ultimately agar apki car city me 15 se 16 ka milege de rhi hai , under ac load , toh waise shi de rhi hai , but highway par mileage 18 se kam nhi hoga chaahiye.

i bought from my local scrap yard , just make sure , both wire are intact inside the sensor.

If you are experiencing white smoke, with a fouled smell , it's a sign that water is getting into the combustion chamber, But i have also faced a similar issue in my car , mine was also giving a lot of white with light smoke.. 1.Get your turbo seals checked.. if found worn they are the main culprit for this problem. 2. If still facing white smoke issue , this could be a head gasket failure issue, get it checked by some experienced mechanic. If your car is also getting overheated or the ac fan is continuously running in highspeed mode irrespective of ac on or off , get headgssket checked asap , also if you see a drop in colant level or you need to add water frequently , it could be a head gasket issue. 3. If your engine has excessive back pressure that's a clear indication of a worn piston rings , this would cause continuous light to dark blue , in some cases light blue to white smoke. You ll experience Loss of power and pickup , low average. Now of your issue is not related to any of the things i listed above then follow the steps to improve pickup power and average of your vehicle 1. Clean or replace airfilter 2. Clean egr 3. Clean Maf sensor. 4. Mix 2t oil in your diesel 1 puch in 5 liters of diesel 5. Optional step but if you can do it ,you will feel drastic improvement Put waxpol engine oil saver 250ml in your engine, this will reduce your engine vibration and will also increase compression of mild worn engine , reduce oil burning and will make you engine smoth.. i have a video on it kindly watch it for more info. These steps will surely improve on your engine condition.

If your engine is running better after unplugging the maf sensor, jab tak dossra shi sensor na mile tab tak ussko unplug kar ke hi chaliye .. , default safe ecu mapping pe chalta hai iss case me engine , but halka sa diesel zaada consume karegi gaadi. Also i would suggest ki diesel me 2t oil mix kar ke chahiye , har 5 liters pe 20ml .. this will further reduce injector noise and improve pickup , plus will reduce smoke..

EGR clean kariye diesel filter choke toh nhi hai ye check kariye ,( issko har 2 service chod ke change karna hota hai ) agar engine ko diesel kam milegaa toh pickup power nhi ayegaa. diesel me injector cleaner use kariye amzn.to/3O9zMZK agar apko pasand aaye toh ap ye waala product use kar sakte hain. hopfully isse apke gaadi ka black smoke issue solve hoo jayegaa

Your mechanic is pointing out in the right direction , turbo seal and shaft is worn , it causes engine oil leakage in the intake , which burns oil with diesel , and that improper , incomplete combustion leads to continuous white smoke.. kindly opt for a new turbo core, that would be pocket friendly and solid repair.

Get your turbo seals checked , your turbo seals must have failed, this will rectify your white smoke issue plus ensure your air filter plus MAF sensor is clean , and for low pickup please add 100ml 2t oil in 10 liters of diesel, this will lubricate your high pressure pump and injectors.. plus also it will reduce clatter sound caused by your injectors.

Sir apke egr valve ko clean kara ligiye , aur air filter ko replace yar clean kar ligiye , black smoke ki dikkat shi hoo jaayega , and diesel me 2t oil mix kariye 10 liters me 1 pouch 20ml , isse black smoke aur pick up aacha hoga , engine noise bhi kam hoga , aur engine smooth feel hoga.

1. Mix 1 pouch of 2t oil in 5 liters of diesel , this will reduce smoke and will instantly increase low end pickup plus engine smoothness. 2. Clean air filter. 3. Clean egr. 4. Chean your cytalitc converter. 5. Check and clean your MAF SENSOR ( mass airflow sensor ) run your car by unplugging this sensor , if you feel increase in pickup , that means this sensor is either faulty of dirty.. recheck it by cleaning it and pluging it back to your car , remember you have run the car at least 5 to 8 kms after re pluging the sensor because at times , you may not feel instant difference right away.

@@vishnuraj5616 keep the sensor unplugged , and use the car normally , if you feel that your pickup and mileage has increased then , its very clear that your MAF sensor is faulty.

clean EGR, clean air filter, clean MAF sensor . and add 50 ml 2t oil in 5 liters of diesel. your engine will jump back to life

Check your diesel fuel line for air leaks , plus also check your turbo pipes for leaks, also get you maf sensor cleaned and make sure its connection is ok. Hopefully this will solve your issue 😇

Maf sensor ko remove kar ke gaadi run kariye , agar pickup me difference feel hoota hai , that means Apka MAF sensor shi nhi hai and vo galat values ecu ko feed kar rha hai.

Agar Maf ke hata ke chalane ke baad bhi pickup nhi aata hai , then get your fuel rail sensor checked. , In most cases fuel rail theek hoti hai , aur last me apko apka high pressure pump check karwana hai agar bataye hue kisi bhi trick se problem me kuch improvement na hoo ,

High pressure pump ko ek particular pressure pe fuel rail ko fuel maintain karna padta hai , agar pump weak hota hai toh bhi pickup nhi aata hai gaadi me.

And what about black smoke ? Kya high pressure pump k vajah se bhe black smoke aata h

I would suggest ap ek baar aur aache se clean kariye sensor ko .. but if it does not fix the issue , then go for the new sensor.

Air filter clean , mix 2t oil 20 ml in 5 liters of diesel iss ration me daaliye regularly , aur apke egra valve ki safai karaiye , plus maf sensor check kariye ki kahi kharab ya dirty toh nhi hai , apki dikkat durr hoo jaayegi.

Airfilter clean karaiye , egr clean karaiye , maf sensor clean kariye aur diesel me 2t oil mix kariye ,5 liters me 20ml .. apko turant se fark feel hoga ..

Clean air filter , check msf sensor and get it cleaned, if this part is faulty it will definately effect the pickup , to check it quickly by yourself , just disconnect the maf sensor wire and start your engine , if your engine feel peppy and powerful without maf , its a clear sign that your maf sensor is faulty , plus get your egr valve cleaned , if problem still persists then get you high pressure diesel pump checked.

belt tensioner pully ko check kariye, kahi vo jam ya loose toh nhi hai , agar aisa hai toh ye reason ho sakta hai apke belt ke kharab hone ke , baaki power steering pump ke alignment ko check kariye ki vo seedha aur aachese tight ho.

Apke engine ko check karwaiye , maf sensor ko clean kar ligiye aur diesel me 40 ml 2t oil daaliye , isse apko kaafi farq feel hoga.

Koi issue nahi hai.....diseal car hai toh ik diseal injector cleaner aata hai....250 tak ka.....80 ltr k liye sufficient hai......dusara check the diseal filter.....yeh sab ok hai toh tenser check krwa lena

Bhai engine ko temperature aane ke baad , usska dip stick nikal ke , rpm ko 3000 tak leke jaaye, usske baad deekhiye ki dip stick se kitna smoke aa rha hai. Agar tab zaada smoke aa rha hai toh gaadi me back compression hai , iss case me apko gaadi ke piston aur ring ka kaam karana pad sakta hai.

Egr valve clean kara de deekh lo bhai , usse bauth fark padta hai pickup me aur black smoke me bhi .. agar ye valve kaam nhi kar rha hai toh car ka pickup dabegaa ..

Baaki diesel me , 2t oil ka ek pouch daalna jab algi baar tel dalwana tab , usse apke pump aur injector noise bhi kam hogi aur black smoke bhi kam hoga, aur gaadi ka air filter bhi saaf kar dena .

Actually bhai problem hogi maf ke kharab hone se because tab apka ecu , air fuel ratio calculate nhi kar paayegaa , jiske wahay se apka pickup aur power effect hoga kahi na kahi .. mere car me jab se kharab hua tha toh ekdum se jo pickup hoga chahiye vo nhi tha , 2000 rpm ke baad ekdum se dab jaata tha engine agar accelerator ekdum se leta tha , ye problem tab theel hui jab maf maine change kiya... Baaki ek cheez aur suggest kar sakta hu bhai apko ki , gaadi me ek waxpol ka engine oil saver hota hai ussko bhi daal lo , isspe video mere channel pe hai..

Baaki scrap market me maf sensor 1500 tak mil jaayegaa bhai , bas ye check karna ki usske ander ke donno pins salamat hoo , tutte na hoo .. unnse hi air measure hoti hai ..

Air filter clean kara lena , aur MAF SENSOR ko bhi Clean aur check kara lena ki sensor kaam kar rha hai ki nhi , baaki fuel lines check karao air ke liye , agar diesel me air hogi toh gaadi band hogi, plus last is apke battery ke negative terminal ko nikal dena 10 mins ke liye isse apke ecu reset hoo jayegaa . Plus 10 liter diesel me 100 ml 2t oil mix kar dena , gaadi smooth chalegi aur awaaz bhi kam karegi.

Check and clean the battery terminals, Clean MAF sensor Cleck diesel fuel filter it could be sending less fuel which would lead to engine power loss and stall. Clean air filter. This would surely solve the issue, if still the issue presits comment down below.

Change speedo sensor original will cost 4000rs. You can get local one for 1000rs. This will solve the issue. Speed sensor is located on the transmission.

Agar MAF SENSOR change karne ke sath saath apka air filter bhi saaf kariye , dossra battery ko kam se kam 10 to 15 mins ke liye disconnect kar digiye , donno + and - , then make sure ki apka egr saaf hoo ... Agar vo ganda hoga toh bhi gaadi kam pickup legi , and finally MAF SENSOR new lagane ke baad gaadi ko 10 to 15 kms chalaiye , utne me vo ecu me new fuel map create karegaa and pickup shi ho jaayegaa .. and agar ye sab ke baad bhi pickup nhi aa rha toh computer laga ke check kariye .. aur gaadi ko maf sensor nikal ke chala ke deekhiye , agar bina maf sensor ke gaadi me pickup hai , that means apka maf sensor could be faulty.

Sir fiesta me aur figo me jo chabi ka jo system hai , ussme ek baar turn karne me ek baar hi self lagta hai , baaki fir se apko agar gaadi start karna hai toh chabhi ko poora off position tak lake fir on kariye tab self lagegaa , agar ye bat apko pta hai already , then ye make sure kariye ki apke gaadi me PATS (ANTI THEFT SYSTEM) ki light toh nhi aa rhi hai.... Iss case me ap apki ecu ki wiring ko check kariye , ecu apka battery ke aage hi laga hota hai , ussme gye hue ko cuplers ko nikal ke saaf kar ke fir se laga ke deekhiye , agar isse apki dikkat shi hoo jaati hai toh well n good , otherwise apke gaadi me system lagwa ke scan karwaiye ,dikkat pata chal jaayegi , usske according fir futher repair hoga.

Apke front disk break pads check karwaiye .. vo giss chuke hain tabhi awaaz aa rhi hogi .. agar vo theek hain toh peeche waale bhi check karwaiye vo worn out hoo gye honge .. jo kharab nikale ussko replace kariye

nope , petrol can very easily damage rubber seals and rubber parts , use diesel for cleaning or throttle body cleaner spray.

I would say alcohol can be dangerous as it can ignite , plus it will also be less effective as it will get evaporated quickly , and grease is already very tough to remove. It take time to loosen enough to get removed by simple spray of water.
