My Touchpad stopped working after I changed Keyboard is this problem related

I switched the touchpad off and is still moving like crazy

Unfortunately this was only a temporary fix ,it started acting up again moments after I did this

didn't address any of the issues I was looking for.

These pcs are garbage , I'm so annoyed by this.
