Instead, just press Enter in keyboard, let the entire video "Render preview" and then try exporting. Make sure that you have selected correct export resolution.

use this method i hope.. it will defiantly work :--- go to file and click to save as .. enter file name then click save.. after you export the video..

@@ONEWAYTechnology Yeah done that too, i saved my project then exit out restart PC, and re try exporting still same ERROR i think i found the culprit; its cuz im using MOV and 1 clip is in H264 i think i have to convert that also to MOV

@@YashvirGaming try this method create a project xyz and import 20 second or 15 second video after save this project and export " H264 Video format" after you check error is coming or not ... if error is not coming then you open main project and go to file and save it then export your video H264 formet after that it may be your error is gone.. try this..

@@ONEWAYTechnology dude mein bhi paid software use karta hu, i paid $128 yearly for this shit and still adobe premier pro doesnt wanna render i tried empty media cache too same errror aaaa ari hai.
