My problem was Microsoft c++ was old just uninstalled onld one and installed new one it worked. (Note:- Make sure you delete old Microsoft c++)

@@NeoTesla I already fixed the issue I restarted my PC with no files unistalled everything and then changed settings to speed up my PC and I finally was able to run GTA 5

None of these methods worked for me, but thanks for the effort. What did the trick in the end though was that I unistalled the anti-virus that was added during my last windows update

install cs:go from steam.....Steam will automatically install the compatible directX, visual c++ and all the stuff....after that GTA 5 will also run...TRUST ME!! IT WORKS 10000%

You downloaded here .ddl file that is for x86. so if we have 64-bit PC then we have to go for that option, right? and plz explain me in what folder we have to put it on, in both syswow64 and system32?

I give up. I bought a computer just to play this game. I have spent about 27 hour trying everything on the internet to make the game work. I reinstalled the game and windows at least 5 times. Updated everything, intalled every Patch and Direct x and so on. I am verry dissapointed. f**k you, rockstar games. i will never be able to play this game. it´s probably better so.

I have downloaded the game from steam and after installing the game it shows the same error....i had tried all the steps like installing visual c++, installing direct x and installing .Netframework.....even after trying these things then also the game isn't working and showing the same error....what should i do now? @Kaushal Singh yeah bro i reinstalled it...actually there was a problem with verification of app....at first i canceled the verification process and turned the game on thats why it was not opening but after i reinstalled it....the problem went away

@Kaushal Singh hehe actually it was on sale that's why i thought i should purchase it from there as it was a premium edition and i can play the online mode too😅....but the online mode is so irritating because it takes too much time to load and after entering the game a guy comes from nowhere and kills me🙂....that's why don't play the online mode anymore and i enjoy playing the offline mode and i also installed meyoo trainer after which i enjoy it a lottt😇
