How to Fix The application was unable to start correctly 0xc00007b Error. In this video, I will show you reasons and Solutions to 0xc000007b Error for example on Epic Games Launcher. You can fix Application Error with 100% working method by following the steps to on Windows 10 and Windows 11 for Any Apps, Any Program like Premiere Pro or Any Games like GTA 5.

Notes:
1- Even if your problem is due to faulty copied DLL file, follow Solution 1 steps first. Even if these steps do not fix the Application Error, they will work for other corrupt and missing files on your PC.
2- Solution 2 will solve your issue. But, if there are dll files that you have manually copied before, and the program or game you are having trouble with needs these files, your problem may not be resolved. In this case, you should delete the DLL files that you copied manually and install the microsoft packages containing the same DLL files.

This error was my childhood nemesis. Finally I found a video that explains architecture n why copy pasting dll files in all folders may not work. I found process monitor very useful n learned to use notepad to determine the architecture of the dll file n fixed 3 of my games. Thanks so much for this video man.

This was the only video that sucessfully helped me with this error. When trying some mods in GTA San Andreas, I tinkered with the system32/syswow64 folders and fucked up my system which caused many of my games to not work anymore, have been looking for a solution for the past year and this one finally helped me. Using process monitor I figured out the corrupt files and replaced them with the right ones. Thank you so much dude!

Thanks 👍 My mistake was putting a 32 bit dll into the folder for win64. I then deleted the required dll file the redownloaded them from reliable dll sources and then put them in their right folders

Thank you so much. I wish I could say that I understood all the things I was supposed to do, but using the information you gave and doing a bit of googling, I installed Notepad++ and checked the dll files in the x32 and x64 folders (I opened each one in Notepad++. After opening each dll file I used the Find option to look for the 1st occurrence of the word PE. The letters after the PE header denotes if the file is 32-bit or 64-bit. · PE L = 32-bit (x86) · PE d† = 64-bit (x64) I found that I had the 32 bit versions of D3DCompiler_43, d3dcsx_43, d3dx10_43, D3DX11_43 and xinput1_3 dll files in the Epic Games Win64 folder. I downloaded the 64 bit versions from dll-files and replaced the 32 bit versions with the correct x64 ones. The program finally ran as it should after wasting the entire weekend (until I found your video). Many thanks

thx alot mate, last step was a game changer, for me it was MSVCR120.dll file in system 32 folder, followed ur steps to find the culprit and downloaded the required Visual C++ Redistributable Packages 2013 and boom my game is working, even steam support couldnt help me and told me re-install Windows LOL. Dude Thanks a Ton. Ultimately it worked. The thing is if the corrupted dll is there in the system32 or sysWOW64 folder then installing the package also does not do any changes. We have to delete the corrupted dll and run the installer again. Then it will ask for repair option. Then I clicked repair then it worked. I was getting error in msvcp120.dll and msvcr120.dll. It was there in vc redistributable 2013
