Thank you so much I was so worried about it.. My Bluetooth signal was not even turning on when I put it on charge. But after applying your 1st trick it turned on red.... My father bought this neckband for my study purpose.. I was so tensed. Now I am so happy 😌😌

Hi...tried everything and they do not turn on. Actually there isn't even the light indicator when I plug them in and I've also tried using different USB chargers. Really disappointed. I don't know what happened to them but I loved those earphones....thank you

there was noises of moving objects in the headphones realized the battery unglued inside and was moving in the headset when i opened the case, i saw that the black wire (negative connector) was disconnected probably by the battery moving and hitting the cords and unplugging them off the motherboard now u need soldering skills to reconnect the wire to the metal plate or maybe use electric tape like car radios and hope it doesnt lose contact when the headphones move in your bags TLDR = negative black wire was disconnected by unglued battery moving inside case so light was still coming on when plugged because positive red wire was still undamaged so the resetting technique do reset the headphone but then it loses power as soon as u unplug it from any source because theres no ground so the battery dont recharge or hold its charge power

It worked!!!! 👍 When the neckband was on charging mode I used the trick 1 and when the light started blinking, I disconnected them from charging and try to on them by power on button and it really worked. Thank you bhai!!
