I follow exactly the same steps and always the left earbud flashes (white) slowly and the right earbud flashes (white) quickly, but the pairing of the earbuds does not occur. On my phone I still see them as 2 headphones and either the left or the right is playing. :(

The other 1 was not blinking red 2x

I have a problem, when I hold down for 5 seconds, the earbud that doesnt work doesnt light up at all, like at all. I got these 2 days ago how is this already happening?

One ear for me is keep losing is sound everytime I move can that be because it might be loose from Inside I haven't dropped them even once .

Step 3 turned off the right earbud but it turned on the left one? I’m so confused 😢 You said it was supposed to turn it off. Now I can’t hear you because the left earbud is the one not making sound. So I tired again to do the 15 second hold down to turn just that one off and it disconnected from the blue tooth and I could hear you again. So I think it turned it off? It didn’t flash any lights. But now when I did step four the headphones didn’t turn on our light up. So I tired again to press the left for 5 seconds and it worked they turned on and started blinking so I repeated the step with the right one. And now their both on and flashing. Unfortunately almost seconds after that they automatically corrected to my phone and so they didn’t have time to pair together and the left earbud still won’t play sound. 😢
