When i went to install the mouse driver on my dell device (at the end of the video) it just said "No downloads found. Please try searching for another product."

I accidentally delete the HID complaints thingy and I went to the dell driver and it say no download found idk what to do no more

I manage to install the hid-complaints now everything works except the left click it sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t how do I fix this?
