In these cases of the red light, there may be several beeps, the most common may be that of the ram. Likewise, if after cleaning just the ram with an eraser or something and the problem still persists, Google how many beeps you hear and then do what needs to be done for the specified problem.

@@Brainrotguy001 Reseat the hardware like take out your cpu from its shell and replace it if you reseated every hardware and it still doesnt work a hardware may have failed
