Very helpful video ! I just fixed mine as you descibed-many thanks. It's very difficult to prise open the case though, much more force needed than I expected.
Hi +Anand Verma. After unscrew all screws, it is very hard to open the case. Is there any step you missed? I still can not open my onbeat rumble for repair
Ah, I found it! you have to open 2 front speakers. then you have to push back 2 snap locks near by the speakers location. also push back 2 snap locks at rear with long screwdriver. quite hard because small access & dark.
I succesfuly opened, but I dont know how to fix it, can you explain me what exactly I should do? I see no sparks, that three "smolderings" moving as i rotate the power supply's connector in its "hole" is that good? Or that should be smoldered to fix its position? Help me if you can please
Yeah. JBL just lowered their credibility. They 're on par w/ all the other chumps trying to make a buck in the iDevice accessory game. Maybe they've been taken over by a private equity firm? A la Bain Capital - it's the only explanation I can think of for making such a great speaker that's going to last 6 to 12 months max! Disposible Hereos of Hiphoprisy. -- thank you x10 to OP for posting this - ci will give it a try & if it fails , I will chop it up w the mini-chete! High-Yah!
Tocki Cohi I agree. I had to repair because service center is in Munbai only. Oh .. Bluetooth stopped working long time back- within 1 month of purchase. 😨
