I have a galaxy a21 with the same issues and I've been screaming at T-Mobile for the past year-and-a-half and they won't fix the problem. I think it's because they sold me a 2G 3-g capable phone assholes

One recommendation, you should only do Factory Reset at the very last if anything didn't work, and just try your hardest to fix it without it because it will remove all apps and all data on your phone.

I have samsung galaxy on7 pro.recently I have a isue.i am facing no service problem.when I switched off or reinsert sim card then my mobile is absolutely fine but after few hours later same things again. When I switched of or reinsert it sim its working well but after few minutes or hour later same things happen.i tried every tricks but doesn't work.what is the problem?

I recently bought a S9 on Amazon (new & unlocked). It worked perfectly for a week or so and then I got the NOT REGISTERED TO A NETWORK error message. I thought it was my service provider (I am in Jamaica ) but after two days I realised it wasn't. I googled everything ! Thanks for this video because after selecting RESET SETTINGS, I was able to make calls again! I hope the problem doesn't reoccur . THANK YOU 😄👍

After the latest update my phone cannot connect to the carrier network anymore, it recognizes the SIM but it does not show my number or anything related, Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime and i cannot remove the battery. i have tried everything to my knowledge, reset, factory reset change "Network mode" etc, when i search for "Network operator" it shows nothing, not even an error, and when i go "Select automatically" it says "try again later" It would be nice if you know about this? PS: The phone was unlocked to use another carriers when i bought it(Before 8.1 update)

There is another thing I did years ago and worked is to take the sim off put it in another phone change the in and then switch the sim card back to the phone you had a problem.

Hey Everyone, PLEASE READ! I was getting the same message so I searched how to solve the problem and this video came up. Unfortunately, this video didn't help me. So, what I did was call the phone company that I was switching to (or call your current phone company, or call the phone company whose Sim card you are trying to use). For example, I was switching from Sprint to MetroPCS, and at first I could not use my phone with the MetroPCS service because I was receiving this message. So, I called MetroPCS and told them about the issue and they asked me if my phone was unlocked and I said "YES." The the representative asked for my IMEI # (this should be on the back of your phone or you could search it up in "about phone" in settings). MY PHONE IS NOW WORKING!!! Also, it is very IMPORTANT that your phone is UNLOCKED when you are doing this or it will be hard to switch. If your phone is NOT UNLOCKED. search how to *LEGALLY* UNLOCK your phone. In other words, make sure you do not void your insurance or warranty on the phone when you get it unlocked (if you do not already have an unlocked phone).
