@@chynadoll09 yes, I did. I found the solution in the Boost Mobile community (all carriers have similar support forums). Try shutting off your phone, remove and reinsert SIM card. Then, restart phone and check for updates. If an update is available, update immediately (there was one for mine). After you've successfully updated and installed the update, wait until phone and OS is finally loaded. Then go to Settings> Update PRL and click on that. That will communicate with your carrier to reset your phone to the new update. After that, stay in settings and click on Update Profile. This is what worked for me.

Check under 'Settings,' 'Connections,' 'Network,' 'Access Point.' There, you will find a multitude of settings, one of which is a number called MNC (Mobile Network Code). Each network operator has a unique number; for instance, AT&T's is 410, whereas for an AT&T reseller, it may be 280. If you've strayed from your usual service area and subsequently returned, and your phone has incorrectly updated the MNC, then you might encounter issues. In such a case, your best bet would be to contact the reseller about this problem.
