I haven't seen a roof that square and flat and penatration free ever. Anyone can glue rubber to a roof , put a skylight in the mix along with a couple of soil stacks with cast collars protruding into the deck, some internal and external corners ect This just don't happen ever.
Our roof has ridged boards and the membrane has not been adhered. This work was carried out by a roofing contractor with 30 + years in the trade who refuses to correct it knowing the wrong boards have been used
