Calgary are you ever gunna do more equipment videos on like different brands inzer or other equipment ex wraps, wrist raps, multiply equipment. They really help me and I think that could help a lot more people more people 😄

Are you allowed to wear heels/ squat shoes for bench? I couldn't find any mention of this in the IPF technical rulebook.
