Here’s a quick little adjustment you can do to emphasize different parts of your lower body when performing the Bulgarian split squat.
A narrow stance (closer foot position to the bench) emphasizes more of your quads. While a wider stance (further foot position from the bench) emphasizes your glutes. And for even more glute activation, tilt your body forward.
