@@gabypaztennis i've only been playing 10 months and cant really practice cuz i only hit forehands when i play and i just do what I know to keep the ball in play...cuz you know i have a teammate and ya can't "practice" in a game. but it would be interesting to see what ideas ya have.

Try doing these exercises. It will help. But start from the mini tennis and feel it first. I’ll be doing more specific drills to progressively get better at this.
