Everything is lighter. It is the mental, physical, emotional equivalent of a delicious bite of a favourite food or deeply nestling into the arms of a favourite person or basking in the glow of a glorious sunrise - all are equally delicious, decadent, different. In fact, as odd as this might sound, I feel safer within my confidence than when I am without it.
The video's encouragement to explore and celebrate individual strengths has been instrumental in my efforts to build self-esteem. Recognizing and appreciating my unique capabilities has contributed positively to my self-image.

Thank you so much for making this amazing video, actually my family are one of the reasons why I don’t feel good about myself like they always tell me to give up and what I want and focus on becoming either an engineer or a doctor but I actually don’t want to become neither a doctor or an engineer , I know I shouldn’t be blaming their cuz it’s not their fault I’m the one that took what they said to heart , whenever I tell anyone I feel like a failure they tell me “stop worrying you’re still 17 you shouldn’t worry about your future” even though I know they’re only trying to make me feel better but it doesn’t help at all , but after watching your video I feel much better 本当にありがとうございました
i totally understand you, im in the same situation. buy yk what? that's not ur fault tho! even if u took what they said to heart, still not ur fault. i was on the edge on giving up my dreams, cuz everybody on my circle says "find a job, start ur career, u're just a dreamer but this is real life" kinda shit. i started to believe them. but this is the real problem. we shouldnt believe nobody but urselves. know urself, know who u really are. dont listen to the world, down their volume down. this is our life and i don't wanna spend my life by doing a job I don't like, just because others said i should do... hope everything works out for us. hope u good!

I haven't watched this video, but I wanted to stop in here and say a crazy synchronicity that I experience & almost just fell out of my chair when I realized. I was telling my roommate that I really enjoy your content because you remind myself just in another life time & I was making all these connections and drawing these things that oddly lined up. Weirdly enough, I click on when you started your channel because I only recently discovered you maybe a few months ago and it was "Joined Mar 17, 2020" , I literally started my channel a year later on the same day. "Joined Mar 17, 2021". Another synchronicity is that your content started to pop up in my feed as I started to lose my way a couple months back but I got back on track.
