Adobe company launched a new version for Photoshop.
Some system is not supporting its performance or any project when opening with.
One step has to follow this.
Go to Photoshop 2021 (Edit) at the top corner and then go to (Preferences) and find (Performance) after this there will be an option of (Graphics Processor) just uncheck the box and click ok

Thanks man, Tried that, projects can now open but hand tool still generates that error. Hand tool totally unusable, both by holding the space bar and by selecting the tool itself... Any other ideas?

Thanks so much! Though I did have some options that weren't the same as you showed. When checking Cloud connections, I was connected and my version of Windows was "home" not "Pro". But the method still worked. Unchecked graphics card and it worked. To add - After testing it with some files. I then went back to settings and checked Graphics card again. Closed PS and opened it up and it works fine. So now its back to its original settings but is working. This is like some Harry Potter Magical level stuff here, lol.

Where is the graphic card? My options are different also but I cant locate where this box is to untick.

If you follow his instructions it should take you to the location of option to tick graphics card off. Check what version of windows you are running aswell. It just may be placed in a different location. But if you don't have a graphics (which is different from your computers) card the option to tick it OFF won't be there, it will be box that is greyed out and you won't be able to click it. But just google some "how to" regarding what version of Windows u r running and how to see what graphic cards you have. Best of luck.

Can someone help please? I can open documents but cannot save them anywhere...not even save as. I tryed this, but i still doesn't work.

I know how to fix it. It is not about the software, it is about one or two layers of some image that we import to our design. to fix it, you must hide or turn off your layer one by one and try to "CTRL+S" for every single action until the file can be saved. if it is working, thats mean the last layer that you hide or turn off was the suspect of this problem. just delete it and everything back to normal. and, if that layer was an important layer and you won't delete it, : SELECT the layer---> CTRL+A (select all)---> CTRL+J (Duplicate)---> Delete the original layer. Mine is working 100%, good luck..!
