its a fixed gear usually you don't need brakes but if you're a beginner its advisable to have atleast front brake

How much was the tube cost and how much does a tire cost for you as well ? Because we have like the same bike

The tube was only like 12 or sum and the tire depends on what type you want. I run a thick slick in the back which is like 30ish and in the front I have just a regular 25mm one which is about the same price for a bit more traction.
