So, what really causes all the codes, is when the power is cut to all the 3 wire sensors. Mine had the 5v negative wire just outside the ecu break. If your getting those codes, pull off a 3 wire sensor like the tip over sensor and check the voltage between the outside most pins. It should be 5v or so. If its not, there may be a short, or an open line. If its a short, unplug all the 3 wire sensors 1 by 1 until you either fing the bad sensor, or find a short in the wiring harness/ECU
The bike sold in 2018. And this video is even older. Thanks for the info. But it was a list of things that could have caused it. -HID kit - laid the bike down and prob damaged the ballast. -After market alarm -piggy back switch to the rad fan, I personally think that was the ultimate culprit. But lesson learned none the less.
Just had C21 code pop up on my (bout a week into the troublshooting) '14 750, the wires for the sensor was giving normal 5 volts from my multimeter. Also passed the continuity test. Thinking I may be running into an ECU prob aswell, further testing needed. I did buy new sensor, that didn't fix anything. The insulation holding the wires into the couple came out (basically was glued in), aka not secure. Could be a bad coupler (if coupler is bad, ovciously there's going to be low or not voltage going to the sensor. Still figuring out what the exacty issue is.
I think I saw on your other videos when you were figuring out what was wrong with it. I have a GSXR 1000 about from some dude that had f****** wrecked it. I noticed you have different colors Parts all over. I thought I would let you know I bought an entire kit for my bike three hundred bucks. It bolted right up to can I came and color shinier than f***
Only the ECU for Canadian spec . Which our is just a regular key and go. But if you have a chip in the key then their is a good chance you have to get Suzuki to join the ecu to the key. You will know if you have a chip key on the dash, It will be a red key light. Mine didn't have that option.
I'm not a 100 percent sure. But if I remember correctly. North America has no chip key and I think some places in Europe dose have a chip key. Maybe make a video and link me in it so I can see. Show all your keys and you're gauge cluster. Then turn the key on and off.
@@imjus1guy when it made that noise yeah it fired up but also died like 3 times till the starter relay caught fire. Swapped out now have no issues. Two days ago the check light came on c13 error code which is the maf sensor note but still runs and starts as normal. Changing out the part today tho. I have a suzuki gsx s 750 2019
You have a different bike then a gixxer. This issue that I had was from the model 06-10 and it was a common defect in my opinion. If your bike is anything similar then I would say the ECU is dying. But if it's not then you either have damaged wire somewhere, damaged relay or damaged sensor. That's my best guess.
I noticed you don't have the C11 error code listed, I have gotten the C11 error code and had the Camshaft position sensor replaced and all the valves are in spec but the bike won't idle properly after about 20 mins of running from 1200 rpm down to about 900 rpm. Does anyone think this is an ECU issue?
Maybe it can be as simple as adjusting the idle screw (by hand its on the left side of the bike where the throttle body is) Or maybe bad fuel (I've heard of issues of gixxers not running right because of bad fuel and grimey inereds. Lastly vacume leak maybe??? Thats all my best guess.
imjus1guy I have checked both those as far as good fuel and the idle screws are both in the correct positions. If it’s not a bad sensor out of the box I’m wondering if ECU could be bad?
I had a HID kit at one point and lowsided and had the HID kit flicker and such (removed it later). In addition to a alarm system. Later on had the stator, reg rec fry on me. So im thinking all that had to do something with it.
Example i have a diagnostic tool.. so to fix this problem i just need to reflush it? Instead of replacing the ecu? I have exact problem like yours this happen when im installing a nes stps when i turn on the bike thats happen
What kind of bike do you have? Also I think you mean "flash" the ECU. If that is it. Then it may or may not fix your problem. My issue was the ECU was damaged. If your ecu is damaged, no amount of flashing will fix your problem. You will been a new ecu. If you had someone allready flash the ecu and they didn't wrong. Then maybe a "refresh" will fix the problem.
Lmao.. well as a matter of fact, I bought this bike 2nd hand 3000klm on the clock and when I crashed it. It did kinda go into a dumpster and then I decided to rebuild it and I did and rode it like this for a year untill I cleaned it up to black and yellow. So you can say I pulled it out from the trash bin. Haha
By the way I think I have that e c u that's on your bike, sitting right here on my couch it won't work on a 1000 no but it probably work on yours if you have problems with that one
This particular issue I had is known for the k6-k8 gixxers as a common problem. Your bike I think maybe has a different issue. Isn't your carberated aswell?
I got an F1 code and then I got it on dealer mode the gentleman was that it was a ignition wire I had broke my ignition cuz I got the key stuck in it now I got a new ignition wire a new ignition harness and nothing happened and I got a new stator I can't figure out what the problem is I think it's a wiring problem somewhere if anybody can help me out with this would be highly appreciated I'm desperate to ride
I sold my bike already 2 years ago. But I may have to manual with fault codes. I'll take a look and see if I still have it. But off the top of my head, if it's only what your stating, it's sound like your trotted body is bad some how or the sensor. Or at worst case, it's the start of your ecu going bad.
My bike has that same sound around the from the throttle body, but the only code ive ever had was FI. Cant get it to start, before and after a major tune up. Getting gas and spark. That why im watching this vid. Is there any otther easy way to confirm the ECU? Im leaning so hard toward the ECU. But before i spend that dough. I want to check it.
By the way it started using starting fluid sprayed in the cylinder. When it did shutdown initially i had just hit a bump in the road doing about 40mph, and it just bogged down.
@@313learch8 my 1000 did the same thing it ended up being that the plastic clip that holds the pressure regulator onto the fuel pump fell off inside my tank and the pressure regulator came apart from the pump took me 2 weeks to figure it out after trying 1000 diferrent things
You need to use a paper clip or metal wire and jump a plug that located under the seat to enter dealer mode. I sold the bike so I can't help you out sorry,
I, have same issue with my bike Suzuki skywave 250cc , cracking well, light up the plug ok , every thing well ok but the bike wasn't start, can ecu be replaced, My question is that the ECU it's universe,so that ok one can work for another , thanks 👍
The problem I have, is common for my style of motorcycle. Yours maybe different. ECU is a kind of easy to replace. Also no ECU are never universal. You have to buy or find the same bike ECU for your bike.
Yea I'm thinking that's what is going on because my bike sounds the same way yours did except my fan were coming on!! So I'm going to get a new ecu!! Thanks a ton bro!! Very helpful video keep an coming!
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ASpevsDkN30.html Check out this video and follow this guy's instructions, you will get your code easily. Then check online whats wrong with the code you get.
Did you test to see if you getting spark out of your coils ? Because my throttle body is making the same noise and im not getting any spark out of all four coils
dirty, no good, filthy, need to exchange for a new used one. not a used used one, a new used with an autograph even. ok, rest of the info was good...you def need a friend to film for you.
Yea I know, but as you can tell with the rest of my page I'm far from you tuber but at least I posted some valuable information to share with the community. My apologies.
2Gunz Performance that's what happens when the neck of the frame splits from the rest of the bike. I fully rebuilt the bike after my crash. all you see was temp to see if it runs
