Mine isn’t working either… I tried all you suggested and I’ve even tried a factory restore. I see other people having issues today too though, I wonder what is going on?
wtHell is going on?? Mine says it updates every day, but there was one update it added. I have gone thru all the steps, including several times checking connection - all green check every time, and checking internet connection - it is good and working. BUT THIS DAMN TV ISN'T WORKING.
FIRST of all, if other devices ARE connected to your WI-FI, you DO NOT need to restart your router!! Secondly, don't tell people to unplug or turn off the router for only 2-3 seconds!! If you're going to unplug it or turn it off, leave it off for at least 20 seconds! AMATEUR!!!
@@JereB698 They wouldn't stop it from being restarted. I said if all other devices ARE connecting and working, there is NO NEED in re-starting the router. And it is normally customary to power a router of modem off for a minimum of 20 seconds.
