Excellent repair Brandon!!! I'd LOVE to learn to TIG...been doing a lot of aluminum work on my boat as of late, and having to have someone do my aluminum welding. Looks like fun too!!! GR8 vid!!!

Good job. For loose rivets that can rattle after drilling and welding you can spray a small amount of expanding foam or adhesive caulk into the tubing and let the old rivet fall into it before putting the new rivet it.
