You looked refreshed after your vacation -- well-deserved! Selfishly glad to see you back, tho lol. Loving the logo. I also always liked that old school video overlay you'd do on the first few seconds of each video...that was kind of stylish.
Just change out the ecm module next time on that blower motor. When diagnosing pull the module off and make sure you have continuity between all legs and you are getting around the same reading for all of them. Way easier to change just the module. Hope that helps

What do you use for cat smell? The floor is tight fitting Vinyl plank at least not laminate. Should the walls be repainted or is there a cleaner that works. The paint is a year or 2 old. There are cat claw marks on some of the walls near the windows that need to be filled/touched up. The person leaving says the smell will be gone when she leaves.... Cant wait to get a sniff ... will smell like fresh baking bread I am sure.
Ray question did you get a chance to check the capacitor before replacing the fan motor if you her it humming it could be a new capacitor need to be replace .
