I am unable to go a single episode without a mistake it seems. I gave the puppet 4 fingers instead of 3 like it should be (I’m a fraud) :( Also, not an ‘accuracy mistake’ really, but I’m seeing a lot of people mention the puppet’s eyes; I personally like the round circular eyes like I did for golden freddy, but I can definitely see how it may look a little weird. I will most likely make an alternate version with thinner shaped eyes for the next episode (whenever that will be). The “scar” stitches you used for the withered animatronics was such a genius idea! It still gave the same effect of being “old” or “broken” like the in game characters.

A thing I would do to solve the Bonnie Ear Problem is make the ears have posable wires inside of them so that they could be tilted however you wanted. This would also allow for minor differences between the different plushies (ex: a 45 degree tilt rather than a full 90 degrees)
It amazes me how one single person can out do an entire company when it comes to these concepts for the plushes, I'm honestly upset that we'll more than likely never see these designs as officially licensed merch, because they all have so much character and feel like they were created with actual love for the series and characters rather than an obvious cash grab with little to no attention to detail

The way you were able to create plushie designs for the weirder , "broken" animatronics , while keeping the similar body structure is so impressive. Waiting for this video , I was wondering how it would work because they are just so crazy. But this was such a surprise how good they turned out (better than I had originally thought / would have designed them myself). I WANT THEM TO BE REAL ! Your creations need to be brought to life to stomp on the disgustingly bad plushies out there
Exactly, especially the little stitches and strings. It just makes them feel like both the horrors they are, but also like a well loved stuffed toy, which makes them even more appealing. I love them so much, I’d buy all of them from Etsy, I want them in my hands, especially the puppet and toy Freddie (I have a weakness for the Puppet, I like puppets and clowns in general so duh, and Freddie is fat fucked shaped and reminds me of a classic teddy bear, so OFC I love him)
Excited to see your take on Lolbit. They're my favourite but I'm underwhelmed by most of their official merch, I know they're essentially a Funtime Foxy recolour in game, but I feel they're also enough of a unique and individual character to deserve more unique and individual toys.

I love how you emulated the exposed wires by using threads, but regular thread and even embroidery thread can be really thin and fragile so maybe something thicker and more resilient like yarn could be used? I'm obsessed with this series, your redesigns are so good.
Could also wrap it in a thin sheet of plastic, like shoemakers do with aglets. That would keep them from fraying, as well as make the wires more realistic without being too hard for cuddling.
Personally, I thought Mangle could've had magnets at the end of every segment, allowing you to mix mangle up, maybe with a couple extra parts to mess around with, but i love the box body idea :D
Still waiting for the in-universe and real variants of a modular, endlessly expandable mix-n'-match toy of Mangle. It would be exactly the sort of thing you could add in parts from with other articulated figurines and expansion packs and so forth; perfect capitalistic moneymaking idea. Hell, make a Glamrock version and have kids in-universe enter their Mangles they've made to be the new arrangement for the next showing.
Damn, I genuinely thought there would be no good way to put a game-accurate mangle in plush form, but I'm blown away by what you made. I mean, how did you turn that mechanical abomination into such a little cutie? Never thought I could hate the official mangle push more than I do but seeing how cool it could have been...feels like even more of a missed opportunity
I genuinely prefer the brownish stylized black to an actual conventional black, it gives a more inviting feel to the plush, which is something I'd assume you'd want from something that you would cuddle up against most of the time.
The way you tackled the withereds was next level. You managed to make cute the must uncute animatronics in the entire series all while remaining true to the designs. Super impressive

Making the Puppet's limbs taper at both ends to evoke being long and skinny while maintaining the cuddlability is inspired. I love the little fingers too, the whole design is so cute, I want it bad. The Mangle is also exceptionally well conceived. This video definitely has the cleverest designs of the series thus far.
11:40 my best guess is that the ears could be attached and detached, considering Chica doesn't have any ears. also, Bonnies ears are more up on his head, which means the ear joints probably have multiple mounts.
You are so good at this. Mangle's plush fix is genius. It looks like somebody seriously screwed up making a plush toy, which perfectly captures the theme of the character and looks really good as well. I get increasingly angrier that these are not physical plush toys that can be bought and collected.
If these were real, I'd go straight to the shops to buy myself a Withered Bonnie, you made them all look so cool, and I love what you did with the withered animatronics. This series has been so good so far, and I can't wait for more
I honestly adored your withered Bonnie! I understand that “cute and appealing” was one of your design goals, but I think it’s “cute but horrifying” aspect really suits this franchise. I know everyone is commenting this, but honestly I’d buy that withered Bonnie if it was real.

11:30 this really had me thinking and the only canonically correct answer I could think of is that the pizzeria from the first game is supposed to be a more quaint and smaller, therefore less funded, location when it comes to animatronics especially. Therefore using less advanced endoskeletons would make things like repairs and maintenance less cost heavy in accordance to the lower budget. Does make you think if Scott REALLY had the plot planned out or if he just realised the success of the first game and embellished on the last. Regardless of this is true or false, the story fit very well together (for the most part).
reason why endo 02's are scrapped and the endo 01's is being reused in the fnaf 1 location its because 02 models were failure because facial recognitions systems not working intended like they are suppose to
Yeah the canonical explanation is that Fazbear Entertainment heavily decreased the budget for the FNaF 1 pizzeria after the FNaF 2 pizzeria went under, so that's why Endo-01 looks inferior to Endo-02 despite being its chronological succesor

i have never seen a cuter "accurate" mangle than the plushie concept you made, and now i am addicted to it and mad that it's not real. wished we lived in The Good Timeline where funk made all of the plushies, and made them good. :(
I'm shocked at how exceptional your editing, writing, and comfort speaking is compared to like, any other youtuber early in their career. I've never played a FNAF game but I just really enjoy watching your videos.
The mangle plush came together in such a fantastic way. I love everything about it, so far it’s the one I most badly wish I could own in real life. I would tweak the Puppet a little in ways of personal preference, like slimmer, upturned, and probably pure black eyes or maybe asymmetrical reflection. But I understand plenty of people have already brought this up, so you get the gist.
Out of all the plushes you've designed so far, Withered Freddy is my favourite He demonstrate your creative stitches idea as well as the others but with his open mouth and his manic stare gives him this *labotamised teddy bear* vibe, and I love him
The stitch design to represent the withering is genial. Gives the plushies their own identity while still being true to the character they represent. Is not just withered Freddy as a plushie, is a withered *Freddy plushie*.
These transitions are killing me, the puppet one surprised me so much I had to pause the video to laugh. Please keep making these, your videos are so enjoyable overall!

To be fair, the company is lazier and spends less time and thought on these, they just want to pump them out real fast and having unique body shapes for each of them makes that more difficult
I think the Marionette should have more almond eyes than those big round eyes, it’s a significant part of their design and it’s one of the first things you see when looking at their face. Other than that, everything is perfect!
yeah agree, her eyes could probably tilt a little at the ends whilst still being rounder on the inner sides. plus, it could look like cute little eyelashes ☺️
Hear me out.... She makes the plushie with the golden body and the golden face,BUT, the face is like a hoodie! just put some velcro or a button below Afton's mouth, then you can choose to see his face or the full-face hoodie/mask :D
plushie designer here to harshly critique your work! Jk, you've been making some pretty solid designs. There's only a small handful of times I've had to question if a suggestion you made would work. Keep it up! Editing with my thoughts on these designs. I think the decision to go for fake stitches was a creative move and a good choice in lieu of the fake tears. The funko plushies are just way too cluttered and I appreciate getting withered Freddy's head to look more like the models shape and I want one with that head shape desperately. The withered Bonnie is my favorite design. It's not an easy one and there's a few different approaches you could take to the head. If I were making this design I would use inner face plates made of a thin plastic. Similar to how Muppet mouths are made and if you pad the plastic with foam or something really soft like quilt batting that should keep it from feeling uncomfortable. The chica is an interesting approach and really doable and if you want an accurate chica that's a great design, but I'm just personally not a fan. Not for lack of quality mind you, just a personal preference I prefer the plush for base chica. Foxy is Foxy what can you say? I like the metal ear endo and I like the face shape of the muzzle. The seams along the nose are a bit hard to understand though. Maybe if I saw a plush with a similar seam line I could understand it better. Give me that Golden Freddy right now. Shadow is Shadow what can you say? Same as the endo for the first video, I have concerns that even with padding at the bottom like beans or weights, I worry the head would just be way too top heavy and would still fall over but I love that detail. Puppet is a definite improvement. The shapes of the torso and limbs are very pleasing. I guess it still doesn't do it for me personally because the face feels way too creepy, but I guess that's what you should expect for the puppet lol I agree with why the stub fingers were used and they finish out the design nicely. Aww yeah been waiting for Mangle! They look incredible nuff said. Cubes can sometimes be hard to make into plushies because the stuffing can push the form out of shape, but the fabric tubes lining the box shapes might help keep that from happening. All in all I think these are great designs and the only real issues I see is the endo plushies still being too top heavy to stay up.
@@_mediogre_ Yeah a couple mostly in the first video I think? It was mostly her design for the endo plush, which makes sense considering it strayed a bit further from the base design. For the most part I think it's doable, but I'm not convinced that beans in the bottom of the plush would be enough to support the weight of the head.

I'll be waiting to watch this with my partner- Got really into SB lately and decided to do the same with the rest of the series and I have no regrets. I even bought one of the re-released Sanshee Freddys, but I honestly still prefer your designs just because of how much care was put into each of them. Also, they're just really cute.
I just wanna let you know that your comedic editing is amazing and hilarious. The sources used and comedic timing are great. It's like all of the best parts of YTP put in a formal video. A lot, and I mean a *lot* of people try memey editing and and fail miserably but your style is so on point and actually funny. You don't rely on audio clips of Vines or 2017 memes or anything like other content creator. It's actually creative and original. All of the comedy all of these videos are great. And bonus, they don't take away from the video itself, it never gets in the way. The formal parts are formal and whenever there's a spot for some comedy, there it is. Overall, the comedic edits blow so many other content creators out of the water.

I was really curious to see how you would handle Mangle since their design is so cluttered, and I am seriously impressed! That kind of thing takes a lot of thought and creativity. I'd seriously buy that if it was a real plush! Edit: I also want to say that I also love how you handled Withered Bonnie! While I know you were trying to shoot for a more conventionally cute look and ended up unsatisfied with how it still kind of looks creepy, I think the whole "creepy but cute" look still works really well. And it fits, considering this is FNaF we're talking about!
Withered Bonnie is one of my absolute favorite designs in the series and you captured everything about him so perfectly in plush form!! He's cute but still incredibly true to the design, in a way that I doubt Funko could even Hope to pull off. Great stuff as always!!

Super blown away once again! The way that you translate these characters into lovable plushies is so creative and fun! The stitch idea was especially clever. I thought how you designed Mangle was the most true-to-form way to portray that character shy of doing some kind of mister potatohead mashup with magnets or something. I'm really excited to see the way you work with some of the more..."unique" designs for future characters.
I think another way to make the withered versions seem older is adding imperfections to the teeth. Making them slightly yellowed or browned from aging. Just my thoughts. Really good video and awesome designs!
Withered Chica (and Toy Chica) have always been by favorites!! Withered Chica as a favorite is pretty rare, but I’m glad someone else shares a similar opinion
Ive made my fair share of plushies for myself, and I gotta say, these guys look really cool!! (and lowkey make me wanna try and adapt them to actual plush designs hahaha) I love how much time and thought you put into each design to make them feel true to themselves.

The fact you made the Puppet, an animatronic with such an exaggerated body shape, into an adorable plushie while still keeping their body type similar to the other plushies is so, SO impressive.
managing to make the Withered animatronics into marketable plushies is some serious skill! i love the stitches idea to make them look withered but still very cute. (Withered Bonnie is especially impressive, but you made him - and Withered Chica - look so cute but still on model!!) i didn't mention this in my comment on the first video, but i love the Endo plushies - the way you've designed them would be the perfect way to make plushies of them! i love the Puppet plushie!!! i wasn't sure how they would look because they look. pretty creepy in game lol but then you revealed it and it's just. it's so good. i love them. You’re just so talented! These plushie designs are beautiful and i WISH they were real! The stitches instead of weird fake holes is absolutely genius! The fact that you were able to make a genuinely good puppet plush is awesome (cant forget the endos too!). Funko had a massive team yet they made trash yet you were able to make these absolute gems! Keep up with the good work! Your videos are a real treasure. Just wanted to add that withered bonnie, chica and mangle are so well made! You were able to make such creepy animatronic characters look so good!
