I honestly love the boby/cockpit build. Lots more room for the mini figure, and has the Avatar AMP Suit look. It'll make a great Ice Planet 2002 mech after a few changes.
Nice work! I hadn't checked out the Lego section in my local Walmart for a while and I saw this Mech and decided to pick it up as it was the last one left. That and it reminded me of the Underwater one from a couple years back. I was a little bummed out that they didn't go for knee joints on this one. I would like to see someone rework the Walker variant for this set. It looks a little weak and not too well thought out. Even when I picked up the box I was just kinda like "Uhhhm Ooook" 🙄 The little Rover variant looks cool but a bit on the small side. I read some reviews that mention there's a lot of spare parts for the Walker and Rover. But compared to the Underwater Mech's alternate builds, I'd say the Sub and the Seafloor Rover look more solid build wise.
@@TheMechMan Hey! Lego Builders Journey came out yesterday for Steam and Switch. It's a fun puzzle game! You should build the little robot 🤖 It looks really easy and would make for a quick little short!
I love how well the joints blend with the body and arnt spread out to the point of looking like different builds all together. The size of the body and the legs are pretty proportionate as well.
