Fixing My Bambu X1C, Again.... 

Be careful with the Revo nozzle and make sure you check its tight before each print. When it starts getting loose between prints, its time to just completely replace the nozzle. I know they are expensive, but I had a nozzle come out during a print (I checked the nozzle before the print), and it snapped off in the hotend in 3 pieces running it overnight. I had started to notice the that nozzle needed to be retightened after every print. Tried tightening it both hot and cold, and it just wouldn't stay tight. E3D (nozzle maker) pretty much told me its a user error and too bad. (Lost a High Flow Obxidian hot end to this). BigTreeTech of course wont warenty someone elses nozzle, even if it is from the official company. I think either the nozzles or the heat sync is just out of spec just enough, and/or because its aluminum and heat expansion. I went back to stock... Not worth it. Also, the "noise" is likely because the nozzle is just slightly longer than the stock one, causing damage on the wiper. If you look at the wiper, I'm sure you'll start to see indents, and eventually, it'll will either bend so its not usable, or just break off. If you're going to continue to use it, you'll want to move to one of the pure silicone wedge type wipers.
