UPDATE: I am running 12 mm hub centric spacers now and not 15 mm.
This video shows you how I swapped out my front wheel studs on my Lexus is350.

I actually put my OEM ones back on, and I painted them gloss black. I have these ESR for sale. I'm looking to get chrome and more aggressive.

Is it bad for your wheels to stick out on 20mm spacers? Or is it just preference?

It's not bad. It just depends on the style of fitment that you're looking for. Some people like the "poke" fitment, which means it'll stick out an inch or a few pass the fenders. I'm currently running 12 mm hubcentric spacers in the front with 8.5 wheels, and 9.5 in the rear with no spacers.
