Ayooo. Same shifter I have in my car. I’m trans mounted though. You’ll enjoy the trans mount. Also…when the time comes….Calimer stage 3 mt82 is going to be the way to go in my opinion. I’ve been Barton hybrid3, Calimer stage3 26 spline, RXT1200 for a few years now on a 10psi boost whipple gen2 coyote. It’s been amazing. Looking forward to more mods on your car 🤙🏼

Is it just me or do other mustang owners not have this problem? I have a 2019 GT, and my shifter feels tight and notchy, I can't wiggle it when it's in gear at all, at most a quarter inch.

It was sponsored, I’ve heard the MGW vibrates more, and I like that the Barton is a hybrid mount, so it can attach to the trans or the chassis of the car. I mounted mine to the chassis to start with.

@@Zorbii Damn, my '16 is much tighter than that, but I think my 2nd gear synchros are going out, really hard to get it sometimes, do you think this shifter would help with that or no?

The shifter isn't going to help with the syncros wearing down, but it will help with getting locked out of gears. My car also struggles a little going into 2nd as you can hear it grinding in the video when I'm doing pulls. My best guess for helping that will be a lighter clutch to reduce rev hang.
