I am so glad I saw how you drained the hydraulic oil down on that tractor. My 4020 has 15 gallons the drain plug is dead center the bottom and there's just barely enough height to slide 5 gallon buckets in and out. I've always made a mess trying to do the bucket Shuffle. Never thought to rig up a little hose attaching it to the remote and let the tractor pump it out. Thanks for your videos, I enjoy them.🙂☕
Outstanding. Glad it worked out ok. I was watching and kept thinking you were going to have to remove that right tire, but it slipped out of there real nice. Thanks for sharing.
Cool video Ethan, its pretty interesting to see how the old Tractors get torn down and being built from the wheels up, my cousin has a Oliver 770 tractor that was used by the highway department years ago, at first glance I thought it was a MM because of the yellow paint, you ever heard the song big green tractor by Jason Aldean? I know the song is referring to JD, I like the song John Deere green by Joe Diffie, I'm not trying to be a smart ass or anything about it, just a simple statement, I have one of those Oliver metal signs and Allis Chalmers signs too and a JD wall clock, does Oliver have wall clocks too?
Awesome video sir I learn something every time I watch you working on your stuff. This is kinda off subject but when you refer to a fleetline what years would that be? My 77 is a 1953 and it’s painting the meadow green with the clover white wheels
Another interesting video, I could use a guy like you to help me keep my Olivers tuned up. What type of hydraulic couplers do you have on that tractor. I don't like the ones I have. If oliver had spent a little on good couplers they would have sold more tractors. Be careful with the heavy stuff, you will last longer.
The 1800 is beautiful original tractor. Just a question about why do you use it to snow plow? Does the tricyclic front make a big difference with the snow blower? Ive never driven a tricyclic tractor before.
