To fix the hood I'd probably just hammer the metal hinge mounts to the other side a little bit. They can easily get smooshed in a crash. I had to bend mine after I got my new Cressida hood. Just hammered them over a bit and now it doesn't scrape the fender when popped anymore.
That lower control arm was my 1st guess. Careful when removing the cross member brace. Those hat nuts can get stripped easily. I had to order a deep socket extractor 17mm when I did my Z. Great vid bro👍
