Fixing the Tesla interior! 

The screen is WAY too LOW on the dash. Looks great though, just raise it up higher.

To be honist i dont like all screan it is way less save do to you have to keep you eye longer of the road

but why does the screen need potentiol? You are driving of course, so you shouldn't be doing a lot on the screen?

@@Conceptcreator using it during charging for watching stuff, playing games, etc... Idk but vertical displays on cars aren't really any better than horizontal ones unless ur making the screen less of "control center" for the car. Take the 918 for example, it's a hyper car that doesn't really need or rely on a screen. And there is no way for tesla to go back to physical buttons unless a miracle happens so... horizontal screens all the way.

@@the_gamer_m7 But you don't want a screen as your control center, it is terrible in terms of keeping your focus on driving instead of fidling around in different menu's. during parking is the only somewhat argument I can give to you, but during driver to control things, they should be done via buttons and never a menu with different sub menu's and so on.

Yeah that was the idea with the wheel^^ for the tips makes sense, for me the home i still like better though, it looks nice to have for some reason^^ for the knob it is more about quick control, but I do get your point^^ maybe next time I do a Tesla when I am better at doing these things more and become better and faster^^

@@Conceptcreator I do agree, that home is the best UI. I think Audi A3 has the best interior, being the last to keep this element as part of the reason.

@@Conceptcreator For such a premium price you pay for a Tesla, you would expect a premium interior. If China had made those Teslas, we would all be laughing at how cheaply designed they are. But Tesla can't seem to do no wrong in their fans eyes.

You shouldn't touch your phone when driving, for the wheel many cars have this colour. Also I am a car guy, but I think car interior is very important because that is where you sir, what you look at and interact with, Tesla interiors look like they are made and designed at a depo by a 17 year old, not saying mine is perfect because I am still new to middeling these things, but I hate current cars where it just looks cheap and people act like it is well designed, when simply out it is a lazy design And buttons, having those is bad why?... They are at a set location, not in a menu, nothing, meaning after a short time it becomes second nature without needing to look or think about it. If you mean on the steering wheel however, I can agree there I could have done a better job, and I would have proper buttons on it (not like Tesla though because their steering wheels look like they are more a cheap sim racing rig

@@Conceptcreator i don’t know any mainstream car targeted for the masses that has a white steering wheel. Perhaps a custom spec Bentley only used fleetingly on the weekends? I think black serves a very practical purpose. Model3 interior is not lush, and I don’t think Tesla claimed it is. it’s about bringing electric cars, with good electric technology, at an affordable price. The compromise is certainly made on materials etc in order to meet the price. To the point about touching phones, there are others in the car. My wife certainly likes to use the wireless charger when I’m driving, and ergonomically, having it tucked away is just too difficult. I recommend you integrate the wireless charger in the centre armrest somewhere. Oh and I think designers (such as yourself), should continue to push for the return of physical buttons. Please!
