I recently put a Coachbuilder lift on my 2020 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro, and then added larger Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT tires. Stock tire size was 275/65r18, and I ended up sizing up to 295/70r18. It was time to change my rotors, im at 64k miles. Also had some light steering wheel vibrating around 70mph and also when i lightly rode the brakes. Went to Toyota and had 4 new rotors, new pads, wheels balanced and rotated. Steering wheel light vibration when braking is gone, but still getting a light steering wheel shake around 65-70mph. I feel like i should take it back to Toyota for them to get this balance right. There doesnt seem to be any alignment issue. Holds straight while driving

Did you rotate your tires? I had the same thing happen because I had imbalance on my tire tread from not rotating evenly or enough.
