@@christofferhougaard t'was only in the comics if I recall and the answer is no. It was blatant pandering and there's a reason that the title of Batwoman and Batgirl went away for a while (albeit Batgirl came back after not too long)

I love how Jester's not-so-covert attempts at flirtation set up the dice gods to chop down Fjord's already STELLAR self-esteem down a few more pegs. xD And then the arena happened.
Travis has the best worst rolls this campaign. Three ones out of four rolls at the games early on, hernia during a light workout, and gets blasted into oblivion during a fight club. Fjord will be the character to accidentally kill himself soon.

True. Though the true enemy of Vox Machina will forever be the dreaded door, just as for the Mighty Nein it is the nefarious chair. Campaign 3, whatever team comes next must deal with the unholy alliance of a door and chair working in conjunction. Also while beating old people senseless.

I love how this entire string of the fight with beau was just them making old man jokes at the dudes expense, to the point where even matt was playing in on it.

for a moment there i was afraid that stun-locked pop pop would be kind of a homer simpson boxing situation, in that he was just physically unable to drop and might just die standing upright oO
So basically Beau fights the D&D equivalent of Glass Joe, Fjord gets run over by a truck (and then the trucks backs up over him...poor Travis) and Yasha...well...I'm still struggling to describe that one. Fun times.
Sam was the best in this skit with his improv Pop Pop lines, and poor Pop Pop having the absolute shit beat out if him, Fjord getting his shit kicked in himself, and Yasha bitch slapping the poor woman
my party was fighting this old wizard last session and he was about to run away using his 7th level spell and started to monologue and i kid you not one of my players said "ok boomer" in response. guess who got fingered of death to death biatch. they killed him but he died with a content smile. it was the cleric who said that so reviving her was a pain but she lived :P
If the beau jester ship happens, then cool, sure, whatever... But I hope that at least there will be some closure between Fjord and Jester. Like is CR and he entire fanbase just gonna forget that their crushes ever happened???
@@manandshark the beau jester thing might happen once, but there's personal reasons jesters crushing hard in fjord. Travis doesn't get table top romances, or doesn't like em I can't remember which and Laura is trying to either embarrass him or ease him into dnd romance. So the odds of beau jester being a permanent thing are low. Fjorester is likely how this will happen

Finally caught back up, Again. It has been a crazy December for me. Just like this epidsode. I swear, this is the most jarring fight episode that I have ever seen. Totally epic! 😄😄😄😄
