FL Studio 21 #2 Drums and the Playlist 

Finally, an in-depth tutorial that's not some Gen-Z'er giving it all that "yo wassup youtube" then explaining at lightning speed how to make some "sick beats" that will be "fire". Yes I'm old and need it explaining to me slowly in plain English. :)

This tutorial series is SO HELPFUL. Many will find this series in the future and find it extremely valuable in their learning journey with FL Studio. I just downloaded this app today... my son has it, so I want to learn about it to help him with it... and this was the first time I've understood the music creation process so clearly. This is great. I also have a Irijule Theory Board, so I'm looking forward to learning about recording with MIDI devices in the future!

Thanks for this. Just upgraded to version 21. Other tutorials have been a bit complicated or they jump around from one feature to the other with no apparent connection. You seem to be logical in your approach and focus on one thing at a time in a simple way.

When i tried to learn how to produce when i was in high school i used ableton live, could barely figure out the basics and gave up on it quickly. I've been turned off of trying this entire time because i believed that it was necessary for me to have a background in music in order for me to understand or even come close to knowing how to use software like ableton live and fl studio or that you needed thousands of dollars in equipment to even start making music. This tutorial series has proven empirically that is completely incorrect. I have just the producer edition of fl studio, no special equipment and very few sample packs and this tutorial series has been incredibly easy to understand and follow, and has show me how truly powerful fl studio is as a program.
