It does seem as if Florida leads the country in murder trials but I believe it’s because most of the trials are broadcast unlike day New York where cameras aren’t allowed in our court rooms.

Unbelievable that she was found guilty & Jason was not. Who did the jurors think pulled the trigger then? Or maybe Jason's jury didn't know anything about Virginia's case . IDK but this was a crazy case, the mother & son. Jason is messed up & he'll probably stay that way because of the guilt. He may have been better off if he'd gotten some jail time.

You can't have the son found innocent and the mother guilty, because they are the two pivotal players in the prosecution's argument of complicity and guilt. If the son is innocent, then the prosecutions argument that the mother hired the son, is repudiated. Mistrial.

Hello Vinnie, check this new and inveatigate BOSTON - Gary Cederquist, the Massachusetts State Police Sergeant at the center of an alleged Commercial Driver's License application bribery scheme, retired Thursday with a dishonorable discharge. Cederquist, 58, of Stoughton, was one of six people charged Tuesday by the U.S. Attorney's Office with giving several drivers the licenses in exchange for gifts or services. I think she should get acquitted, her son who was supposed to be the shooter was found not guilty. If she was convicted for getting her son to kill her husband and he didn't do it. Well let her go. The one who led them to the Guns could be the killer, and blamed the others. This judicial system is so bad. The Son should have been tried first. They screwed up she goes free.
