Kassad said he did not want any high dollar players until the team and management had a solid structure. The BLEED folks are loaded with cash - but Kassad said this is a step-by-step team building effort. He will buy good players when it makes sense and sit tight when it isn't the right players. So far, he is doing a good job and from the top Tier 2 team to now approaching a possible top 15-20 team it looks good.
The problem is opportunity cost. Complex probably wants to stay in NA region, and keeping hallzerk means u can’t pick any EU players as an upgrade while what kind of NA players other than malbs will really be an upgrade over grim and floppy
