The only thing about an FL5 in black is that there is no contrasting colour around it. This is because the (admittedly nice looking) side skirts & front splitter are gloss black. Whereas the other colour options do show off the gloss black bits. Cool vid and I like the new colour vinyl 😎👍

Looks great! Is removing the window moldings a pain? Curious as to why they weren’t removed to wrap them in or maybe it’s easy to tuck the film under without removal

Ppf is a lot thicker than vinyl and you want to wrap as many edges as possible but the door templates on this car fit really nice at the window mouldings and sit nice and snug against it.

Nick and his team did a very light polish on some areas of the car however after a clean it was 99% of the way there! We can thank the Gyeon Quartz Coating for that 💪

How long does the ppf usually last? I can see this film peeling off from long term exposure to the sun

This PPF should last ~10 years! The film is UV protected to stop any colour change and from what we understand heat will actually soften the adhesive, helping it settle. However in very extreme heat we're not 100% sure what may happen. Thank you for watching 💪

@@DreamAutomotive I was wondering when you would install PPF. I had a basic clear front end install from Legend PPF on my black FL5. It was well worth it. The car has stayed much cleaner looking as well. Thanks for the video and the green is awesome with the red. Can’t wait to see what else you do. New red seat covers, rear seat covers, and red mirror covers are on my wish list hopefully soon.
