BRIS was founded September 2006. In August 2023, at the 15th BRICS Summit, South African President Cyril Ramaphosa announced that Argentina, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates had been invited to join the bloc. Full membership is scheduled to take effect on 1 January 2024.

The flag for Westmoreland county in pa is where the dont tread on me saying with the rattlesnake came from. It dates back to revolutionary war and is from the 1st battalion of Westmoreland county. The original flag is on display at the fort pit museum.

i thought that too? edit: i just looked it up and wikipedia says: English: It was the Naval Ensign of the Kingdom of France (pure white version) as used before 1789, and between 1814/15 and 1830.
