Does the fog out immediately or you have to leave it plugged in for a while? Mine just beeps once when I turn it on but theirs no fog. Only the lights are working and I put the water just as directed.

I cant get the flame effect to stay on . After I play with lid it goes for a few minutes then just stops until i play with lid again ,, Ive even wiped the round fan vent but just a small line of fog appears along the top .. I want the flame effect thats why i bought it ... PLEASE ANYONE HELP

ive ordered the same one on amazon thats powered by usb but they didnt say what volt it takes waiting for it to arrive but what voltage does it take iv a 5 volt plug adapter is that suitable would it be the right volt

i got it sorted when it arrived the plug i had did not work (5 volt) so i had to bring the whole item into town and find a shop to get the right plug which was a hastle it works now though but i wish amazon had more info on the item
