My first instinct was to ask my parents and/or sister. I decided to just look it up. I did a crap job but I did manage it. It took about 5 anxiety attacks.🤣

She's right. Two of my friends and myself had COVID at the same time. One friend and I continued to workout daily and it didn't affect us as much. The other friend was down for 3 weeks.
