having played a little bit of flamenco guitar over the years I had the wonderful experience recently of accompanying a fine flamenco dancer in Solea. Though I lost the compas at times and felt under-prepared for supporting the dance, I still felt the passion and connection that's possible within this great music. And now I can appreciate better videos like this showing the magnificent creations of these wonderful Spanish artists - seeing how baile, cante and toque fit together as a unified and inspiring whole.
