Very frightening scenes. The town of Manali is in a beautiful mountain valley and seems to be a gorgeous place to visit. Is this flood a first time event? I hope that there were no deaths or serious injuries to the people. A great deal of damage to the roadway that will take a long time to repair at a huge cost.
